I have been retired for 1 year now. Previously, I was an “at home” mom until my oldest daughter was in middle school. Then I worked for 9 years as a reservations agent for Sheraton Hotels, and then for about a year for Midway Airlines. During that time I loved traveling the world. Later I worked in the Staff Development and Training department at WakeMed Hospital for 11 years. I also spent many, many years volunteering for various organizations. I concluded my career after working 5 years as a Human Resources Specialist with Wake Emergency Physicians. I have two beautiful daughters who have inherited my passion for traveling. My husband & I enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach. Our longest trip was 2 years ago when we spent 5 weeks driving 8,000 miles across the country and back visiting 10 national parks. I plan to come to the reunion and am really looking forward to it! Wouldn’t want to miss all the fun, hugs, memories, and fellowship!!! Our class was awesome and we have many special memories to celebrate. We were the FIRST class of Gryphons and we were great trailblazers. Let’s make this upcoming 2015 reunion one the best ever yet!!! |
